Murder For Hire

Troy Walker Neville, 45, Gatesville, was held Monday in the Coryell County Jail on a bond of $1 million. Officials charged him with two counts of capital murder. He allegedly tried to hire a confidential informant to kill his ex-wife, Rebecca Neville, and her sister, Lampasas Police Chief Sammy Bailey, according to indictments released Friday. Neville was reportedly mad at both, thinking they influenced how police treated him.
