Navy Midshipman Dies During PT Test

A Midshipman from North Texas at the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis died during a physical fitness test Saturday. Reportedly, 21-year-old Duke Carrillo, of Flower Mound, collapsed during the 1.5-mile run portion of the test. First responders attempted to resuscitate him, but he died at a local hospital. The investigation is underway. Duke’s twin brother Dylan and his older brother Jake are also midshipmen at the Naval Academy.
