A Northeast Texas couple has pleaded not guilty at their arraignment in Bowie County to child endangerment. The pair, 55-year-old Ronald Keith Wright, and 39-year-old Rendy Jo Wright, of Hooks, are accused of kicking a seven-year-old boy out of their home because they claimed he wouldn’t do chores or mind. They said their preacher told them the child was possessed by demons.
