NE Texas Grand Jury To Consider Alleged Intoxication Assault

The Bowie County grand jury will consider accusations of Intoxication Assault against 25-year-old Tyler Brianne Mussellwhite. She was allegedly drunk when she caused a multi-vehicle crash on Hwy 59 that caused serious injuries to another person and claimed the life of her unborn child. Authorities say her blood alcohol level was .32, four times the legal limit for driving.
