A 29 year old New Boston man already charged with sexually assaulting a 2 year old girl has been indicted again by a Bowie County grand jury. THe latest charge against Joseph Clinton Leatherman is possession and/or promotion of child pornography. The pornography allegedly shows Leatherman assaulting the child. Bond was set at half a million dollars and he remains in Bowie County custody. Federal charges are possible.
