NE Texas Man’s Appeal Denied

A Texarkana Appellate court upheld the 99-year sentence of Antonio Bernard Moore, 50, of Texarkana. A Bowie County jury found Moore guilty in the Memorial Day May 2015 crash that killed his 65-year-old passenger. At the time, Moore was on parole for felony DWI and prohibited from operating a motor vehicle.
