Nearly 3,000 Without Power

Rain and heavy wind Sunday night knocked about 2,700 customers off the power grid Monday morning. The storm affected fourteen Northeast Texas counties, including Bowie, Cass, Gregg, Harrison, Morris, and Van Zandt.
