New Texas Law Requires Schools to Have Bleeding Control Kits

Texas’ new school security law requires all schools have Bleeding control kits beginning September 1, 2019 and no later than Jan 1, 2020. The kits will help prevent the loss of life in the event of a mass shooting or other serious emergency.
