North Lamar Helps Out a Panther Family

image004

North Lamar staff and students have stepped up to help another Panther family in need.  LaDonna Williams and her children, Samantha, an eighth grader at Stone Middle School, Randall, a fifth grader at Bailey Intermediate and Lillian, a third grader at Everett Elementary, were involved in a car accident several weeks ago and all were taken to the hospital.  Although Randall was treated and released and Lillian required surgery, LaDonna has remained in the hospital and Samantha is in a rehab facility in Dallas.  Both are expected to be home soon.

To help with the medical expenses, the Stone Middle School Student Council took up a collection during the sixth, seventh and eighth grade lunches by passing the bucket for a coin collect.  The staff at all three campuses also contributed by paying three dollars to wear jeans.
