Authorities arrested the mayor of a small Cass County town for what he put in citizens’ water bills. Domino Mayor Al Campbell allegedly put an anti-Trump letter in the town’s water bills. He was arrested in November after citizens brought the letter to light. The Texas Rangers investigated the case.
