Computer models support the potential of a significant severe weather event for us and the ArkLaTex regions. Wednesday, the Storm Prediction Center placed our area in an Enhanced Risk of severe storms. The wording from the SPC even suggests that the critical potential will be high with “vigorous afternoon thunderstorm development expected.”
