A fugitive wanted on multiple warrants has been arrested in Pushmataha County. Authorities wanted 30-year-old Kenneth Scott Mays, III, on a warrant from Choctaw County and allegations of Sexual Assault, Domestic Assault, and Threatening children with violence.
