One In Custody, One At Large In Commerce Auto Theft

Commerce Police was dispatched over the weekend to investigate after a stolen vehicle was found on Caddo Street. Further investigation led to the arrest of Patrick Carter. Another person, Lacey Johnson, remains at large and is wanted for questioning regarding the stolen vehicle.
