Paris ISD Students Win Honors

at Region VIII Science Fair

Over 266 students in grades 4—12 competed in the Region 8 Science Fair hosted by the Education Service Center in Pittsburg on February 9.
Paris ISD students won one Best of Show award, two 1st place awards, two 2nd place awards, and one 3rd place award.

All first through third place award winning students in grades 5-8 advance to the East Texas Regional Science Fair (ETRSF) at Kilgore College on Feb. 26. The ETRSF is an International Science and Engineering Fair sanctioned event.
