Paris Man Arrested After Traffic Accident

Saturday Paris Police arrested Jason Owen, 22, while investigating a traffic accident in the 2500 block of N Main. Officers found Owen in possession of marijuana and other drugs. They charged Owen with manufacturing or delivery of controlled substance as well as other misdemeanor charges.
