On 11-18-2016 at 10:54 A.M. Paris Police made contact with Donte Clayton (43 YOA male)after he came to a residence in the 1500 block of E Price deliver methamphetamine. Clayton was found to be in possession of approximately 1.5 grams of methamphetamine and was placed under arrest for manufacturing or delivery of controlled substance as well as a misdemeanor charge.
