Paris Police Report For Monday (Mar 30)

Sunday morning at 4:37, Paris Police responded to the 1400-block of W. Henderson on an assault. Allegedly, Cody Allen Moore, 27, of Paris, had kicked in the front door to the residence and assaulted a 51-year-old male. Paramedics transported the victim to PRMC for facial trauma. Officers placed Moore under arrest and charged Moore with burglary of a habitation and later transferred him to the Lamar County Jail.

Paris Police responded to a burglary of a business in the 100-block of SW 2nd St at 10:52 Saturday morning. Reportedly, someone had broken the glass out of the front door to gain entry. The owner only could find a couple of things missing. The incident is under investigation.

Paris Police responded to 234 calls for service and arrested four persons over the weekend ending at midnight on Sunday (Mar 29).
