Paris Police Report for Thursday 9/8

Paris Police arrested 60 year old Ronald Mantooth at the Parole Office on a TDCJ warrant for violating his parole.

Paris Police  are investigating the burglary of a business that occurred in the 1600 block of Clement Road. Officers were told that someone had forced entry into the business and taken money, a generator and a gas can.

Paris Police responded to a call of a fight in progress with shots fired in the 600 block of SW 6th. Officers were told that a man had assaulted a woman and that witnesses had intervened. Officers were also told that the man had said was getting a gun and ran to the trunk of the car. As the man was leaving, one of the witnesses fired a handgun in the direction of the vehicle.
