The Salvation Army in Paris has eight locations with Red Kettles for people to donate to those needing help for the Christmas season. There are two at Walmart, two at Hobby Lobby, one at Belk’s, and one at Atwood’s, and starting Friday, there will be kettles at Brookshires and Krogers. Bell ringers will be at the locations from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm every Saturday. This year, those who don’t have any cash can still help by scanning the QR code on the sign above the kettle. Local Salvation Army programs include a soup kitchen seven nights a week, an emergency shelter, and two dorms for men, one for women and one for families.
