Plea Bargain In Fatal Upshur County Stabbing

The man accused in the fatal stabbing of a man in a Diana game room last March has accepted a plea bargain with Upshur County prosecutors. Reportedly, 44-year-old Toby Glenn Dillard, of Longview, will plead guilty in connection with the death of 28-year-old Joseph Regan, of Hallsville, and receive ten years in prison.
