Pre Trial Hearing In Hunt County Capital Murder Case

There are 47 motions expected to be filed in Hunt County District Court at a hearing tomorrow for 24-year-old Timothy Adam Kelley. He has pleaded not guilty to Murder in the strangulation death of 70-year-old William Dow Schauer near Quinlan. Co-defendant Kyle Anthony Kauffmann, of Terrell, has been sentenced to life without parole after pleading guilty in the case.
