Saltillo Man Caught With Psychedelic Mushrooms

Hopkins County Deputies noticed a privately owned pickup parked on the side of CR3355, where county maintenance usually parked paving equipment, and detected the smell of marijuana from the vehicle. A subsequent search turned up several psychedelic mushrooms, and they arrested 32-year-old Omar Ochoa, of Saltillo, for Possession of a Controlled Substance. The bond is $10,000.
