State Competition Ahead for NL Science Students

Representing North Lamar ISD at the Texas Regional Science Fair from left are Elleigh Rutz, Madison Routon, Keeley Mahon, Emma Fowler, Josh Fulton, Matthew Vukcevich, William Culbertson, and Teddy Fischer.

Three students from North Lamar High School will compete at the Texas State Science and Engineering Fair after advancing from the Regional Science Fair at Kilgore College on March 2.

Qualifying for state in the Physical Science category were Teddy Fischer, second place, and Emma Fowler, fourth place. Josh Fulton placed second in the Biology category.

All three will compete in San Antonio on March 23-24.
