Two Sulphur Springs men were arrested after the stolen car they were driving was spotted on College Street. 63 year old David Lincoln Alsobrooks and 42 year old Anthony Bernard Sanders were charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and the stolen car was returned to its owner. Bond for each was set at $5000. .
