Sulphur Springs OFficial Taking Job in Lancaster, Tx

Shane Shepherd of Sulphur Springs has been named the Director of Economic Development for Lancaster, Texas. Shepherd was the Director of Community Development for the City of Sulphur Springs since 2011, and has been instrumental in attracting new business to the city and developing downtown and Celebration Plaza.
