Sulphur Springs Robbery Suspect Sentenced

A judge sentenced 20-year-old Tyreese Tupac-Shakur Williams, of Sulphur Springs, to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to an aggravated robbery. The charge stemmed from a home invasion robbery on Lee Street in September of 2019. He was at large for several months after the theft. Detective David Gilmore of the Sulphur Springs Police Department was the lead investigator.
