Terrell Man Jailed For Child Porn, Promotion

Bond is $250,000 for a former Smith County Emergency Services District employee who uploaded child pornography to a social media site while on duty. Some of the images involved children between the ages of two and seven. Allegedly, 25-year-old Silas Franks of Terrell has been charged with the promotion and possession of child pornography.
