Texas Constitutional Amendment Election Day

Tomorrow is Constitutional Amendment Election Day in Texas. Polls will be open from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm. In addition, some localities will have a school board and city council elections, and there will be bond issue proposals on some area ballots. Unfortunately, early voting turned out only three percent of the registered voters on average.
