Three Dallas PD SWAT officers have been arrested on gambling charges. Senior corporal Edward Van Meter, Jr., senior corporal Rogers Williams, and Sergeant Shannon Browning all surrendered to authorities on the charges. All three are charged with gambling promotion and Browning was also charged with engaging in the organized criminal activity.
