Titus County Deputies will hold a ‘Battle of the Badges’ blood drive vs Upshur County Deputies. The drive will be held Monday between 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm in the Carter Blood Care bus across the street from the Titus County Sheriff’s Office in the American National Bank parking lot.
