Two Arrested in Paris For Dealing Marijuana

Paris Police  went to the 300 block of SW 4^th  to investigate an alleged narcotics violation and made contact with 36 year old Emanual Savage and 25 year old  Chelsie Bridsong. They were found to be in possession of numerous baggies containing synthetic marijuana and numerous empty baggies used to package narcotics. Both were charged with manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor.
