Two Dead In East Texas Shootings

A second person has died in a double shooting in East Texas. It happened in South Longview late Friday.  The first  victim died at Good Shepherd Medical Center shortly after the shootings.  The second victim was treated for life threatening injuries upon arrival but later died. The victims were identified as 25 year-old Melekia Rae Russ Montgomery and 23 year-old Alexis Johnson. No arrests had been made.
