United Way of Lamar County Seeking Volunteer Tax Preparers

The  United Way of Lamar County is seeking people to train to be volunteer tax preparers. Volunteer Income Tax Assistance is a free program for people and families with incomes under $53,000. The program will also help families with budgeting, paying down debt and saving for the future. Volunteers will be IRS trained and certified.
