Update: Paris Walmart Pedestrian Dies From Injuries

The woman who was struck by a car while walking in the Walmart parking lot in Paris has died of her injuries. 57 year old Betty Hess had been flown to a hospital in Plano with what had been described as serious head injuries after the October 14^th accident.  No charges have been filed against the 18 year old driver, and the case has been turned over to the District Attorney.
