Upshur County Man Faces Numerous Charges

Jeremy Anthony Jordan – Gregg Co Jail

An Upshur County man faces additional serious charges after he was arrested by a Gregg County Deputy for public intoxication. Jeremy Anthony Jordan, 45, of Gilmer, allegedly spat on and kicked an officer. He is now charged with assault of a public servant, harassment of a public servant and resisting arrest, search or transport. His bond is $12,000.
