Warrant Issued For Suspect In Sulphur Springs Shooting Incident

After a thorough investigation, Sulphur Springs Police issued a warrant for a man who allegedly fired several shots into a crowd at the Ferrari Inn. Two people suffered minor injuries when they were hit by pellets. The warrant charges 26-year-old Jimmy Villa, Jr., formerly of Sulphur Springs, with Aggravated Assault With a Deadly Weapon.
