Hopkins County Jail
Hopkins County arrested Richard Allen Bailey, 40, of Winnsboro after a woman jumped from his vehicle. Allegedly they were in an argument over an affair. Bailey reportedly ran over her. His bond is $50,000. The incident happened on CR 3019. Paramedics transported the victim to Trinity-Mother Frances in Sulphur Springs in undisclosed condition.
