Joshua Fulton, fifteen year old student at North Lamar High School, came to Higgins Elementary to present information about his research on the uses of spider venom for making more effective antibiotics. Higgins GT students got to see a living tarantula, scorpion, wolf spider, black widow, and brown recluse spider. Students with Fulton, who is holding a spider, are Ryan Trenchard, Ella Chaffin, Grey Gillem, Eli Green, Brody Dyes, Landon Kessel and Avree Bennett.
