Texarkana, USA: The Texarkana USA Chamber of Commerce will hold the 2016 Red River Army Depot Hail and Farewell Celebration Dinner, Wednesday, July 6, 2016, at 6:30 pm at Texarkana Country Club- 1 Country Club Lane, Texarkana, AR.
The Texarkana USA Chamber of Commerce will welcome and his family to the Texarkana Area. The Chamber will thank Col. Brandon L. Grubbs for his service to the Greater Texarkana Area. Col. Grubbs served as Colonel for Red River Army Depot from July 2014-July 2016.
Chamber Board member, Dennis Lewis, stated “The Red River Defense Complex contributes more than $2B annually to the local economy and is responsible for approximately 16,000 direct and indirect jobs locally. The Hail and Farewell is an excellent opportunity to thank COL. Grubbs and his family for their service as well as welcome COL. Carrico and his family to Texarkana.
