One Dead In Upshur County Crash

Wednesday morning around 7:30 there was a two-vehicle fatal crash on SH-300 in Upshur County. It was 4.5 miles SE of Gilmer. Dewan Tyrel Mosley, 39, of Henderson, was driving a 2007 Mack truck-tractor towing a semi-trailer. He was northbound on TX-300. Mosley stopped to make a left turn onto Flamingo Rd. when he was struck from behind by a 2006 Buick Lacrosse driven by Dexture Domona Carr, 29, of Gilmer. Judge Wyone Manes pronounced Carr dead at the scene. Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer has his body.
