Pretrial Hearing for Lamar County Man Accused of Indecency With Child Today

A pretrial hearing will be held in Lamar County District Court today for a man charged with indecency with a child by sexual contact. Lamar County investigators say Francisco Mendoza Valerio allegedly committed the offenses in 2013 after he was deported back to Mexico the previous year. He remains jailed in lieu of $50,000 bond.
