Cass County Woman Charged With Solicitation To Commit Murder, Sex Charges

The Cass County District Attorney’s Office has charged 42-year-old Nacia Rene Randle, of Texarkana, with solicitation to commit murder and two sexual assault counts. Randle provided mental health and counseling services to offenders in a department of the Cass County Community Supervision. She allegedly sexually assaulted two offenders assigned to her. Officials accuse her of hiring one of those offenders to kill the other. Her bond is set at $250,000 for the solicitation to commit murder charge and $100,000 on each sexual assault charge.
