Burn Bans In Red

When a county issues a burn ban, it prohibits all outdoor burning in that county. In Northeast Texas, only three counties are not under a burn ban. They are Franklin, Titus, and Camp. The City of Mt Pleasant in Titus County has a burn ban, but the county does not.
