Murder Indictment For Hunt County Inmate

A  Hunt County grand jury has indicted  Ricky Lee Trenton Overly of Campbell on a murder charge in connection with the death of 4 year old Carson Rodriguez. The grand jury also handed down an indictment on the murder count that will be unsealed during arraignment.  Overly had been indicted in July for injury to a child by omission. HE remains in the Hunt County jail under $750,000 bond.
