Fetal Heartbeat Clears Legislature, Heads To Governor

The Fetal Heartbeat Bill that would limit abortions at about six weeks has been signed, sealed, and delivered from the state legislature and is on its way to being signed by Governor Abbott. The Texas Senate gave the final approval on Thursday to measure East Texas State Senator Bryan Hughes authored. Opponents have vowed to fight the law in court.
