Oklahoma Appeals Court Denies Death Row Inmates Request For Stay

An Oklahoma Death Row inmate has had his appeal denied by the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals. The court denied claims by attorneys for 37-year-old Alton Alexander Nolen that included supposed new information about his mental illness. Instead, the court condemned Nolen for beheading a co-worker at Vaughan’s Foods In Moore, Oklahoma.
