Jordan Malik Carter
A court gave 24-year-old Jordan Malik Carter of Longview two life sentences for the murder of two women. Carter pleaded guilty to killing Mele’kia Rae Montgomery and Alexis Carol Johnson. He must serve at least 30 years before becoming eligible for parole.
