Trial Date for Pair Charged With Manslaughter Moved

The trial of a Paris couple charged with manslaughter in the death of a toddler has been postponed after defense attorneys filed a motion  seeking more time to obtain medical records. 24 year old Ricky Tucker and 22 year old Kelsey McFadden were scheduled to go on trial Tuesday in the death of 18 month old Trinity Compton. A new trial date has not been set. Compton, who tested positive for oxycodone died at Children’s Hospital in Dallas in April of 2015.
