An Angelina County man accused of fatally stabbing his mother and stabbing a Lufkin police officer has been found not guilty because of insanity. The court found 27-year-old Alejandro Sanabria insane at the time of the stabbings and could not know the difference between right and wrong. They will now send Sanabria to a state facility for an evaluation before he is committed to a mental hospital or another facility.
