Plea Bargain, Prison Sentence In Hopkins County

41 year old Wes Gerald was sentenced in Hopkins County to 3 years in prison after pleading  guilty to failure to appear and bail jumping. As a result of the plea bargain, charges of engaging in organized criminal activity, possession of paraphernalia and retaliation were dropped.
